📅 Order Processing & Timeline

To help you calculate when your package will arrive, please note our transit schedule:

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.
• Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

📍 Key Shipment Details

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
• Shipping Address: 

  Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. ElanWear is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

  If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product (if applicable). We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.
